Do you do the roof? Siding, etc?

I cut and raise the timber frame only (Including two coats of your choice of finishing oil). They are however very DIY friendly. My frames are small so lots of people like doing the finish work themselves. I can also assist you in finding the right people for the job if you prefer a hands off experience.

What about the footings?

I currently sub contract any concrete or footing work. I am also happy to work with any contractors a client may already have a relationship with.

Do you have to come to my house just for a quote? I already know the size I want and where I want it to go.

Not at all, you can just send me dimensions and a few photos or descriptions of styles you like and I can go from there.
